Next U.S. destabilization target: Tajikistan

By Wayne Madsen

After establishing destabilization programs in Pakistan and Iran, the CIA, with the help of MOSSAD, has embarked on a major program to carry out false flag terrorist attacks in Tajikistan with the goal of bringing that country firmly into the American orbit. WMR’s intelligence sources in Asia report the move by Washington and Tel Aviv to consolidate control over Tajikistan is aimed at eliminating Tajikistan as a potential ally of Iran in any military showdown between the West and Iran. Tajikistan, with its Pamiri Shi’a Muslim minority and Tajik-Persian-speaking population, is a country where Iran enjoys widespread popular support. Tajikistan, which lies to the north of Afghanistan, also hosts a U.S., French, and Indian military presence.

Washington would also like to wean Tajikistan away from membership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), which unites China, Russia, and central Asian republics against the West as a de facto counterpart to NATO.

Just as with their playbook in Pakistan and Iran, the CIA and MOSSAD are conducting terrorist attacks in Tajikistan, which suffered a bloody civil war in the 1990s between forces loyal to President Emomali Rakhmon and Muslim insurgents, that are being blamed on two groups said to be affilated with “Al Qaeda,” the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU) and Hizb ut-Tahrir. On September 19, the IMU was said to have claimed responsibility for an attack on a Tajik army unit in eastern Tajikistan that resulted in the deaths of 23 Tajik military personnel. The attacks bear some similarities to MOSSAD-initiated attacks on Turkish military units in that country that are subsequently blamed on Kurdish guerrillas.

WMR previously reported on links between the IMU and the CIA. Abdufattoh Ahmadis, the IMU spokesman who claimed responsibility for the attack on the Tajik military forces, curiously chose to send his videotape to Radio Liberty’s studio in Dushanbe, the Tajik capital. Radio Liberty, once run by the CIA, is now largely influenced by George Soros’s Open Society Institute.

Last February, Baluchi Jundullah leader Abdolmalek Rigi was reportedly scheduled to meet with Tajik Islamic extremists on the CIA’s payroll in Manas, Kyrgyzstan to coordinate anti-Iranian terrorist activities between Jundullah and Tajik Islamic militants in Iran. Jundullah had carried out a number of terrorist attacks in western Iran from its bases in Pakistan. Rigi’s flight to Kyrgyzstan was intercepted by Iranian forces who captured Rigi, put him on trial for terrorism, and eventually executed him.

The United States is seeking the same military basing rights in Tajikistan as enjoyed by India at its base in Ayni. However, when news that Tajikistan had negotiated a deal for a base in Tajikistan, Rakhmon backtracked. Tajikistan is now being faced with an “Al Qaeda”-directed destabilization campaign. The most recent attack on Tajik military forces took place on the A372 highway in the mountainous region of Pamir, home to Tajikistan’s pro-Iranian Shi’a minority, and which links Tajikistan to the restive Ferghana Valley of Kyrgyzstan, where the CIA and MOSSAD provide military aid to Islamic insurgents on their payroll who also provide assistance to anti-Chinese Uighur separatists in the neighboring Xinjiang-Uighur Autonomous Region.

The covert U.S. and Israeli operations in Central Asia are being coordinated by the U.S. Special Envoy to Afghanistan/Pakistan Richard Holbrooke. Holbrooke was due to meet with Rigi in Manas but the meeting never took place because of the Iranian capture of Rigi, who, under torture, provided details of the U.S. and Israeli operations aimed at destabilizing the entire Central Asian region to apply pressure on both China and Russia.

Recently active ”Al Qaeda” franchises, Al Qaeda in the Maghreb (AQIM) and Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) have been blamed for terrorist attacks in Yemen and French interests in Noreth Africa, respectively. In fact, both groups, fronts for the CIA and MOSSAD, like the IMU in central Asia, are being used to justify the pro-Israel, anti-Muslim, and expansionistic foreign and military policies of Barack Obama and Nicolas Sarkozy.

Before the bullets get any hotter, leaders of governments under attack by the Anglo-American Establishment need to come clean and join with Irans president with explaining that 9-11 was an inside job and Al-Qaeda is in fact a proxy of the CIA. Its time a peaceful solution is achieved and light is shown on these cockroaches.

I agree that everyone should keep harping about 9/11. The reason this is so easy, because there is so much evidence right on video. The videos tell the whole story. Without them nobody would say much.

But there is just one thing. They are going to widen the war in the Middle East and if enough pressure is applied they will start the war early. I would love to see Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, China and all of them jump onboard and demand an investigation. They could look at the videos and then the paper trails and come to the conclusion in a day the Mossad committed the crime and George Bush went to Florida to hide and his actions on film tell the story.

There should have been serious pressure put on these bastards just after 9/11. I mean it’s not like other evidence has come forward. It’s always been there. The list of people is growing, but it’s been over 9 eyars. I mean are they going to wait 20 years?
It would be nice to hang Bush, Cheney and some of those CIA and FBI agents, before they got too old.

But really there isn’t enough time for any of this. They are going to kick off the war by the Spring at the latest. So how much could they do. Whatever it is I wish they would just do it.

Apparently, Russia has given the Mossad/CIA carte blanche to do as they please in Tajikistan. Couple this with Russia’s inexplicable move to renege on the delivery of an S-300 defense system to Iran ( a move which practically invites Israel to attack Iran), one has to wonder Has Israel/US managed to tame the Russian bear? If so, how?

Iran had better forget about Russia. I wouldn’t even trust anything they sold them to even work. Their only option is China and they had better get going. They should get some of those Sunburn rockets. It’s like there are only three countries that have military weapons like that. The USA, Russia and China and if you’ll notice they are the biggest countries

The endgame will arrive suddenly. The scalding steam of truth, simmering under the surface of public opinion, will catch the Zionist elites unaware.
I forsee sudden mass emigration from present day Israel, back to New York and Europe.

    Beyond the flight of time,
    Above the reign of death,
There surely is a blessed clime
Where life is not a breath.

Well after the break up of USSR, CIA helped by Pakistan picked up the treads of the old BASMACHI Movement and created the insurgency of 90s. It later went out of control because most such fighters joined Al Qaeda. This was also a staging base for operations into Chechnya. Meanwhile NATO Expanded eastwards.

What the Anglo Americans forget is that CARS is a big sink hole that no one has been able to control.

This is also in pursuance of the Campell Report framed as far back in 1900s. Here I quote and admire WASP.

[There are people who control spacious territories teeming with manifest and hidden resources. They dominate the intersections of world routes. Their lands were the cradles of human civilizations and religions. These people have one faith, one language, one history and the same aspirations. No natural barriers can isolate these people from one another ... if, per chance, this nation were to be unified into one state, it would then take the fate of the world into its hands and would separate Europe from the rest of the world. Taking these considerations seriously, a foreign body should be planted in the heart of this nation to prevent the convergence of its wings in such a way that it could exhaust its powers in never-ending wars. It could also serve as a springboard for the West to gain its coveted objects."
    From the Campbell-Bannerman Report, 1907]

They have about eliminated any competition. Iran, Saudi Arabia and Egypt could wage a war together, but once Iran is out of the way. The USA will only have China to knock down, because Russia is controleld by the Jews.

The only hope after that would be if the European countries got together. Ukraine to France should ban together, because they are going to erase the borders and Russia wants to suck in Ukraine, Belarus and Poland. Then Russia becomes powerful again. The little countries have no say so in the deal.

Something must being going on in Belarus, because the last tiem I checked their currency was 30 to 1 US dollar. If Russia reigns in Ukraine, Poland and Belarus it makes them so much more powerful with an increase of almost 125 million people and the best farm land in Europe.

The 19th and the 20th Century theories cannot be applied in the 21st Century. We may take a lesson or two from this historical perspective and nothing more. This is the Asian Century and all powers, past, present and future are vying for their influence overtly or covertly. The Land Mass of China and Russia within Asia gives it an overriding strategic advantage regardless of the doings or mis-doings of CIA/MOSSAD/RAW. The fulcrum to this Asian Century lies in Central Asia with its balancing arms in Iran and Pakistan.Lets keep this geography in focus and not history.

Mr. Madsen: Are you serious? Just how much research did you do before dreaming up this rambling and disjointed joke of an article? As someone who has lived in, studied, and worked with Tajikistan for years now, I feel it is my responsibility to correct some of the more egregious misinformation you are spreading about this country.

    1) The attack on the Tajik military convoy did not occur in the Pamirs but in the Qarotegin Range – specifically, in the Kamarob Valley just north of Gharm/Rasht.

    2) The area surrounding the Kamarob Valley is not even remotely Shi’a. It is actually one of the stronger Sunni areas in Tajikistan.

    3) The only Shi’a majority area in Tajikistan is Badakhshan, located to the east of Gharm/Rasht and the Kamarob Valley.

    4) The Shi’as in Badakhshan are Ismailis. Ismaili Shi’a Islam is starkly different from the Iranian Twelver variety. Many Twelvers do not even accept Ismailis as being Muslims.

    5) The Ismaili population of Tajikistan is not pro-Iranian in any sense of the word. They are pro-Aga Khan and that is about it. Neither could the Sunni majority be considered pro-Iranian.

There are dozens of other errors in this article – and I encourage anyone amongst you with an ounce of common sense and Internet access to read and learn a little bit more about this small and misunderstood country.
