   Asselaamelikum wa rehma tullahi, (May the peace and mercy of Allah be upon us).

   It is indeed a moment of expressing gratitude to Our Creator, who has blessed the mankind with such people on this earth who have the courage to speak the truth, irrespective of the associations they have, however, yet they stand and speak for the truth and justice. This draws my attention to the verse of Qur’an, in Chapter 4 (Surah Nisa), Verse # 135.

   “O you who believe! Stand firmly for justice, as witnesses to God, even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor; for God can best protect both. Follow not the lust (of your hearts), lest ye swerve, and if ye distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily God is well acquainted with all that ye do.”

   Above all, this platform has provided to us a medium of expression in shaping a future that serves to prosper a peaceful region consistent with the ideology, beliefs and values of the region. In these times of turmoil this interaction of the lay and the experts has provided a unique opportunity of dialog way of learning (as emphasized by Socrates) in contrast to monologue approach of learning and expression which leads to disagreements and misunderstanding.

   I believe that this forum remains to be the voice of justice, truth, principles, and ethos for the future generation insh’Allah. May Allah preserve and guide the ones to the truth who struggle to impart and bring out the facts to us. (Aameen).

   I will share with you some lines by Bertrand Russel about knowledge..

   Mr . Raja Mujtaba had brought about the gathering of intellectuals from all corners of the world to share common interest ,a platform to promote social ,economic cultural and political awareness among every citizens of the world. In sharing religious sensitivities and understanding . This platform will serve as a conduit of learning and comprehending the events that ( will ) transpire in the world around us. Keep Up The Good Job Sir !
